一种非腾空非旋转的翻腾技巧。舞蹈运动员利用双手垂直倒立，双臂靠近头和耳朵伸直。
Handstand
- A non-airborne, non-rotating, tumbling skill where the individual supports his/herself vertically on his/her hands in an inverted position and the arms are extended straight by the head and ears.
